 Training
 I hold a Integrative Relational Psychotherapeutic BA hons degree. Integrative meaning I can draw from many theoretical perspectives and experience, from a psychoanalytic train of thought to brief solution focussed work. I also have a Post graduate diploma in Working with Young People. 

Background
 I started my helping role in the Samaritans for 5 years, supporting callers and fellow Samaritans. When qualified, I worked for Relate working in secondary schools and colleges. I also had a private practice seeing adults. After the pandemic I worked for a third sector charity working with CAMHS referrals, including neurodivergent young people and families. After moving to Dorset, I now work in private practice again with adults and young people.
