Counselling is entering into a unique relationship that is focused on you. The power of being listened to, having the space to give voice to thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental relationship is a way of starting to make sense of yourself, leading to new possibilities and an improved sense of wellbeing. I offer short term and longer term therapy, in a quiet comfortable room or online via Teams.


Young people have to navigate a complex world with all the pressures that face them. I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, stress, suicidal thoughts, gender, sexuality, identity, ASD and ADHD, transitioning into adulthood, attachment, family dynamics and intimacy. Talking to someone neutral can be really helpful, I offer easy ways for young people to feel comfortable and engage.

Equally I see how the day-to-day stresses of life can adversely affect adults/parents and relationships. I work with adults of all ages, supporting them with the complex challenges we can all face in today’s society, including work, relationships, loss and grief, feeling stuck, family, parenting, aging, global and climate challenges and the effect these have on our wellbeing.
