How I can help

Welcome. I offer the space for short or open-ended therapy, in a quiet private room or online. By listening to you, I offer a therapeutic relationship as a way to explore and make sense of feelings and behaviours, to work towards improving your sense of wellbeing. You may wish to focus on a particular area of your life or you may wish to increase your self-awareness and work towards growth. Engaging in therapy often results making changes and a deeper understanding of yourself.

I have experience of working with young people and adults, supporting them with life’s difficulties and changes, such as anxiety, depression, anger, identity, loss or challenging relationships.  My approach is non-judgmental, respectful and compassionate. It is my privilege to partake in your story and support you in your personal growth.  As a relational therapist I aim to provide a safe space where the clients' past and current relationships can be explored, understood and improved.
